Working on a new novel. The first stage is writing a number of short stories and then deciding which one of them has legs to be a full blown story. It's just my way of doing things. Plus the research of course. Maybe I'll publish by the end of the year, but I wouldn't like to be held to that deadline!

May 16th 2022

I have now completed 4 new short stories with a view to getting to third novel material. I have another 3 or 4 stories to write first. It's slow going because distractions always get in the way. Still I hope to have embarked on the novel by the end of the summer. It will probably be next year when it is published.

June 8th 2023

Now working on the third novel. 5 chapters in, 18 to go. Hope to complete this year.

Attending a "Meet the author" event at Minehead Information Centre on Friday (29th) between 2pm and 4pm. I will be reading a couple of excerpts from my two books, along with other local authors. Please come along if you are free and would like to sample some of the creative talent we have here in Minehead.
